Falsely advertised product

I am saddened to write this review. I do not spend money on these type of items typically but my Thunder is great this year and thought this would be awesome to remember such an iconic season. I had the item displayed in my office for over a week before I realized the issue. The item says 24-25 season signature court. While the signatures are from the 24-25 thunder team, the photo is from a playoff game the previous season. Alex Caruso was traded for Josh Giddey from the bulls and in the image you can clearly see Josh Giddey at center court and the fans in their matching playoff shirts. While the item is still cool, it leaves a bad taste because the image doesn't even have all of the players that signed it in the photo provided. I have reached out to the company and told them about this.

I was told that IF the thunder make the finals that there would be more and cooler items for sale. That is cool, but what am I supposed to do with this item. No refund offered, no exchange offered, no credit for future memorabilia offered. The Highland mint is one of the memorabilia giants for sports and I guess I just assumed they could find a better solution than just saying it is too far in the season to make any changes and not even offer a solution besides "you can buy more stuff if they make the finals."

Very disappointed and was also a birthday present I bought for myself. I have attached a photo with my finger pointing out Josh Giddey in the art.
