Why hasn’t my order shipped?

Standard ship time is 3 to 5 business days although, around busier times such as the Super Bowl, we kindly ask to allow 10 to 14 business days to process orders before shipping from our warehouse. Your order's shipping method takes place immediately after processing time depending on the size of your order. Tracking will be e-mailed to you once the shipment goes out. Free shipping is eligible for orders over a certain amount that are sent within the continental US.

Where is my confirmation email?

Who Authenticates the Products?

Products typically come with a Certificate of Authenticity guaranteeing the quality and legitimacy of our items. At times, we will have authenticators on site, especially if the product is autographed. Other times, we will have authenticators from the leagues in house who provide authentication.

How much is my product worth now?

Due to licensing restrictions, we are unable to comment on the secondary market value for products once they have sold from our website. We encourage our customers to call our number to inquire about similar products to compare pricing.

Do you ship internationally?

Regretfully, we are only able to individually ship retail products from our website to addresses located in the US and Canada only. We have some affiliates that sell our products internationally through their storefronts. However, our website products are unable to be individually fulfilled with international orders. Our checkout accepts addresses in the US and Canada. Responsibilities of duties and taxes for Canadian orders belong to the customer. We recommend shipping to a friend or family within the US or Canada to assist with international orders.
