The Memphis Grizzlies' court design continues to evolve, reflecting both the city's culture and the team’s history. In the 2023-24 season, the Grizzlies introduced a City Edition court that pays homage to Memphis’ local concrete basketball courts, capturing the gritty, community-centric spirit of the city. This court features a gray tone, reminiscent of urban playgrounds, with blue and yellow accents inspired by their uniforms. The design is meant to symbolize the hard-working, blue-collar ethos of the Memphis community.
Additionally, for the team’s 30th anniversary in 2024-25, the Grizzlies are honoring their roots with a Vancouver-era Classic Edition court. This special design replicates the look of the court the team played on before relocating to Memphis, complete with the turquoise, red, and bronze colors from the original Vancouver Grizzlies branding. The court, along with retro uniforms, celebrates the franchise’s history while connecting past and present.
