The Atlanta Hawks' court design has undergone several updates in recent years, blending modern aesthetics with nods to the team's rich history and the city of Atlanta. Their home court at State Farm Arena prominently features the Hawks' signature colors—Torch Red, Georgia Granite Gray, and Volt Green—as part of the team's branding overhaul. The mid-court logo is a bold hawk icon, which remains a focal point in the overall design.

A notable addition in recent years is the MLK City Edition court, which pays tribute to Atlanta’s civil rights legacy. This design incorporates a stained-glass motif inspired by the windows of Ebenezer Baptist Church, where Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. preached. The court uses a combination of black, red, and yellow—aligning with the special MLK jerseys worn by the team​.

In terms of recent design changes, the court's sideline and baseline areas have been updated with a classier look, replacing the old charcoal tones with black, and the text now features a sleeker, more modern font. Additionally, community outreach is a major focus, with the Hawks' foundation sponsoring the renovation of outdoor courts throughout Atlanta, such as the revamped courts at Welcome All Park​.
